Orders & Shipping


  • Complete & submit the online order form.
  • Orders will be processed quickly and invoices for payment including shipping will be emailed via Xero. Do not pay for your order until you receive the invoice from Xero as the amount calculated by the website can be incorrect and will not include shipping.



  • We require a minimum order of $200 on all orders placed.
  • Payment for goods/products & shipping costs is required in full prior to orders being shipped unless by prior arrangement.
  • Retail stores with NTR credit accounts must complete account balance payments within 30 days.
  • Payments can be made via Direct Deposit, Credit Card or PayPal. Credit Card & PayPal payments attract a 2% surcharge.



  • Shipping is charged at cost + GST.
  • NTR makes every effort to keep freight costs to a minimum. We use either Australia Post or a range of courier services and provide a basic ATL freight price.  Please specify when ordering if you have any special shipping requirements or require a signature on delivery.
  • Delivery to PO Boxes is not available unless freight via Australia Post is used.
  • URGENT orders – please add a note on the order form if you require urgent/express or overnight shipping. Freight prices are considerably higher for express services.  I can split orders if requested.
  • Parcel tracking is emailed to customers once goods are shipped.
  • NTR shipping quotes do not include transit insurance. If you require transit insurance, please contact me to arrange this prior to shipping.
  • Goods are shipped within 3 days of confirmation of payment.



  • Returns are only accepted for manufacturer faulty products e.g.; incorrect products or non-working parts.
  • Whilst every care is taken to securely package goods, returns are not accepted for excess stock, or in transit damages (see shipping insurance).
  • Credits available only in replacement stock.
